Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts is a young hotel chain which started its operation the 1st of January 2004 supported by the experience and by a professional team involved for more than 30 years in the accommodation business, managing the well-known and appreciated bungalow complex of Biarritz (now Cordial Biarritz), Green Golf (now Cordial Green Golf) and Sandy Golf (now Cordial Sandy Golf). 

With these three establishments commercialized till the middle of 2003 with the brand of AMIGOS HBA, Cordial Canarias counts with more than one thousand hotel beds distributed in Playa del Inglés and in Campo de Golf Maspalomas. These establishments were given a major make over in the summer of 2006 to bring them up to the Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts standards of quality, comfort and design. 

In December 2004, Cordial Canarias added the impressive Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa set in the picturesque village of Puerto de Mogan, this is a hotel that has won the admiration of clients and tourism professionals alike ever since it opened. In the same area Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts opened the apartment complex Cordial Mogán Valle in June 2008. With this development, the expanding group will have around three thousand hotel beds in the south of Gran Canaria distributed in five establishments. In the long term the Touristic Group will try to continue with its growing line and position as one of the main participants in the vacation sector in the Canary Islands. Supporting the development of this touristic group we can find a wide basis of actions of which important participants of the food and car industry of Gran Canaria stand out.
